2013 Long Course Practice Schedule (April-July)

Beginner Group: 6-11 yrs
(choose 2-3 days a week)

Mon-Thur 4:00 to 5:00 pm and Saturdays 8:30 - 9:30 am

Age Group: 9-13 yrs
(choose 4-6 days a week)

Mon-Fri 4:00 to 5:30 pm and Saturday 7:30-9:30 am

|
|
|
|
Junior Group: 11-14 yrs
(choose 5-6 practices a week)

Mon-Fri 4:00 to 6:00 pm and Saturday 7:30-9:30 am
|
|
|
|
|
Senior Group: 13 and over
(choose 7+ practices a week)
|
Mon-Fri 4:00 to 6:00 pm and Saturday 7:30-9:30 am
|
|
|
Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 to 7:30 am

*Dryland at Health Balance with Professional Training Staff: (for 13 and over swimmers) :
April 1st - June 14th Mondays and Fridays from 6-7 am
June 17th Mondays and Wednesdays (Time TBA)
*addition fee of $50 will be added to your bill to help cover costs of facility/trainer after 2nd session
